What does the $100 cover?
Advice whenever you need it, a complimentary audit of your current website, a brand-new website with ongoing maintenance and minor updates, and hands-on technical help, like fixing a form, connecting your booking system, or automating a repetitive task.
What isn't covered?
Larger projects, like a full custom app, get a quote you approve before any work starts, so there are no surprises. Other vendors' charges, like software subscriptions, paid APIs and payment processing, are billed separately, and I'll always tell you about them first.
Do I need to know what to ask for?
No. Tell me what's frustrating you and I'll bring ideas. You don't need to know what technology exists.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Will the price go up?
No. $100 a month is the price for as long as you're on the plan.
Will you ever come on site?
Yes. Most things I can fix remotely, which is faster for you, but when something needs hands on it, like a new setup, a printer or network issue, or training your team, I'll come to you anywhere in Greater Cleveland. It's included in the plan.
Do I need a separate AI consultant?
No. Figuring out where AI fits in your business is part of the plan. I'll tell you what's worth it, set it up, and show your team how to use it.
Who owns my domain and content?
You do. Your domain, your words and your photos are always yours, and if you ever leave I'll help you move them.
Do I need a new website?
It's included. I start with a complimentary audit of your current site, then build you a brand-new one as part of the plan and keep it running. If you don't have a website yet, we start from scratch.
